We are a family owned business established to manage residential income properties owned by the principal G.M. Schweitzer. Due to his success with his own properties and the growing need for quality property management it wasn't long before other partners and colleagues asked him to manage their properties. Since then Capital Rental Agency has made a commitment to its owners to provide the best quality property management available. Capital Rental Agency specializes in the management of residential properties throughout Dade & Broward Counties with a focus on the harder to manage inner city market. We seek to provide property owners with professional residential management services. These services are available whether you own a single family home, duplex or large multi-family apartment building. Our goal is to increase property value and cash flow for our clients. To accomplish this we have developed successful programs for resident screening and resident retention designed to reduce costly turnover and maximize occupancy. Gregory Schweitzer, President, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is involved in all aspects of the company and oversees management operations. He attended Florida International University and received a BA in Business Administration. He founded the Overtown Property Owners Association and the Model City Apartment Owners Association and is a recipient of the City of Miami Police Departments Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Services Rendered Award for 1999, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2009.
